SCREENING GUIDELINES

Patients/Clients who are experiencing a fever, new shortness of breath, new cough, flu like symptoms or loss of smell and taste are asked to reschedule their appointment and call their Health Care Provider.

If a patient/client has no symptoms but has had close contact with someone suspected or know to have coronavirus over the past 14 days, are instructed to contact their health care provider prior to scheduling your appointment. We will not perform procedures/services on patients known or suspected to have COVID-19.

NO WALK-IN APPOINTMENTS

Patients/Clients will need to call our office to schedule their appointment. We will be limiting the number of patients/clients we see each day.

VISITOR POLICY

If a patient/client needs to be accompanied into the office, we have a limit of one visitor.

FACE COVERING OR MASK

Our staff will be wearing masks and other PPE as needed, we ask that all patients/clients and visitors wear a face covering or mask as well. If you do not have one, we will provide one.

ENHANCED CLEANING PROCESSES

We are taking extra time and care between patients to ensure the cleanliness of all equipment and frequently touched surfaces. All surfaces and equipment are cleaned with an EPA approved disinfectant.

HAND HYGIENE PROTOCOL

Our staff continues to adhere to our hand hygiene protocol. We encourage patients/clients to wash/sanitize their hands before and after checking into their appointment. Alcohol-based hand sanitizers are available throughout our office.

FLEXIBLE WAITING ROOM OPTIONS

We encourage patients/clients to practice social distancing, when possible . Patients/Clients have the option to check in at the front desk or from their vehicle and wait in their vehicle to be contacted when it’s time for their appointment.
